Party Rental Pricing - Rental times include set up and break down
Pavilion rental (includes grass volleyball court area)
Up to 40 people - $50/hour
Up to 75 people - $75/hour
Up to 100 people - $100/hour
Up to 150 people- $125/hour
ADD ONS
Add swimming pool - $150
Add pickleball court - $50
Add 4 paddles & balls - $10
(20% discount offered when booked by a reserved overnight guest)
Notes on exclusiveness: Pavilion and/or pickleball court rentals will be marked reserved for the rental time period and be exclusive. Pool rental is not exclusive - all guests are allowed access to the pool during their stay. Volleyball court (grassy area) will be mostly exclusive. Other guests will be notified of the scheduled party but grassy area is walk way to the pool and guests might be passing through.
Exclusive Weekend Package -
Reserve the entirety of Olliewoods Oasis for group (max 12 overnight guests): $1,500 Package includes all taxes and cleaning fees for our three units and exclusive rental of entire property from Friday @ 3:00 p.m. until Sunday @ 12:00 p.m. Additional day visitors are allowed at $10 per person/per day or parties receive 20% discount.

Parties are meant to be fun, beautiful, and unique!
There is just something about decorating for a par-tay! A splash of color or a twinkle of light can take an ordinary day and create an ambiance filled with good vibrations and memories that spring eternal! We have an ever-growing parlor and pantry available on the property to select items that will help you make your party uniquely you. We have items to decorate tables including a large collection of brightly colored funky goblets, tablecloths, napkins, beautiful vases, candles and so much more.
For weddings we have an arbor and entry columns with vases and a beautiful jewel toned aisle runner.
Gone are the days of needing to rent a photo booth - the outdoors is your pallet for creating your one-of-a-kind photo staging for your guests’ enjoyment. See below for an ultra-hip bohemian example. We have many items from boho-chic to elegant and classic to playful, to get you started and get the creative juices flowing.
