Oliver Woods has been a freelance photographer since 2005. He initially trained as an artist and later also became a radio journalist. He now divides his time between photography and working as a producer at the BBC World Service. Oliver's work has appeared in a number of magazines, including: The Financial Times Weekend Magazine, Newsweek Japan, El Mundo, VG (Norway) and The Sunday Times Magazine. He has recently been featured in Lensculture online magazine, and won Judges Choice in the Association of Photographers Open, 2009. Oliver is currently working on photographic projects that aim to combine documentary and fine art photography. He is based in London.
